Discounts are provided based on the discretion of the management team at certain times of the year on certain occasions.
For all kinds of product/service/course/courses, whether online or offline, refund of the course fees will be allowed before 15 days from the first class attended or before 15 days from the date of payment of course fees, whichever is earlier. You can pay the fees through cheques, cash, bank transfer or UPI.
Fees for certain courses can be paid in two installments as per the policy of Study Break Academy. This is, however, at the discretion of the management of Study Break Academy.

Yes, we provide one or two demo classes to help you make an educated decision. These classes are live interaction with faculty and unlike pre-recorded demo sessions provided by other institutions.

Yes. Backup sessions are provided both in newer batches when the same class is conducted in it and individually, as per feasibility. However, taking backup sessions as a habit is not encouraged.
Yes. It is always endeavored to ensure attendance. However, in case of genuine emergencies, backup sessions are provided to students. No class is rescheduled as other students also attend the same class.
The teacher-student ratio is generally between 1:8 to 1:15. Yes. There’s a provision to attend to students personally too.
Yes. We do have tie-ups with many schools/colleges.
Classes happen regularly in the form of interactive sessions both offline and online. Yes, GWPI sessions comprises of mock GDs and mock PIs.
Students are given feedback directly if anything is found amiss. In case, the problem is not sorted, the guardian or the parent of the students are communicated with.
Student performances are evaluated based on their results in the various tests conducted by Study Break Academy.
No. We do not entertain home visits. However, online counselling sessions can be availed.
