Refund Policy for Study Break LLP

You can request for a refund of any fees paid by you subject to the following:

For all kinds of product/service/course/courses, whether online or offline, refund of the course fees will be allowed before 15 days from the first class attended or before 15 days from the date of payment of course fees, whichever is earlier.

For all kinds of product/service/course/courses, whether online or offline, that require us to dispatch course material to you, communication of your confirmed intent to cancel your subscription for any course must reach us ONLY through e-mail before the first set of course material is dispatched from us.

For all kinds of product/service/course/courses, whether online or offline, that involve tests to be taken by you (whether online tests or paper-and-pencil tests), or videos to be viewed by you, communication of your confirmed intent to cancel your subscription must reach us before you take even one such test or before you collect from us the first test paper or before the first test paper is dispatched by us to you or before you have viewed any one of the videos available in the package.

In all cases where you make a refund request, the request has to come to us in the form of an email sent by you from the SAME email address which was submitted by you to us at the time of registration for the product/service/course/courses, whether online or offline.

If your refund request satisfies the above terms, the amount (after deduction of all applicable taxes and levies) would be refunded after deducting an administrative charge of Rs. 250/- or 5% of the order value/course fees, whichever is higher.

If the amount for the product/service/course/courses, whether online or offline, was originally paid by you through credit card, the refund amount would be debited back to the credit card account that was used to make the original purchase.

If the amount for the product/service/course/courses, whether online or offline, was originally paid by you in the form of a Demand Draft or a payable-at-par cheque or bank transfer, the refund amount would be sent to you in the form of a Demand Draft or payable-at-par cheque or bank transfer made in the name of the person registering for the product/service/course/courses, whether online or offline, and sent to the address given by you to us at the time of registration for the product/service /course/courses, whether online or offline.

If such communication is received by us after the first set of material has been dispatched (for product/service/course/courses, whether online or offline, that require us to dispatch material to you) no refund would be allowed.

For online or offline product/service/course/courses, whether online or offline, no refund would be allowed after 15 days from the first class attended or after 15 days from the date of payment of course fees, whichever is earlier.

For GDPI/Personality Development/Communication Skill courses no refund would be allowed.

We will, also, not be responsible for any changes in the eligibility criteria for the exams that we are teaching/training for. We will not be able to refund any money in the case of any person finding himself/herself ineligible for any of the exams after joining the course.

All communication in this regard should be addressed to ask@studybreak.co.in The processing will normally take five to seven working days and the amount(s) will be refunded within 15 working days after that.
