THESE MENTORS CAME TO MY RESCUE WHEN I NEEDED THEM THE MOST
After graduation, joining some institutionalized courses would definitely have added some grades and certificates to my C.V., making me look more successful. But to live that success what I needed more was to grow a complimentary attitude. Back in 2016, as a fresh graduate from the suburbs, what I really lacked in myself, was the confidence to face the hurly-burly of a mandatory professional interview. At that time all these interviews and other processes of selection were knocking at my door. In this period of transition Prajnan Sir, Sumanta Sir, Shubhadeep Sir, Indraneel Sir and Dipanjan Sir came to my rescue. Coming across them not only helped modulate my approach towards academics and career but also made me believe in my capabilities, and helped me grow more self-dependent and confident. Those rigorous essay sessions, group discussions, mock interviews and all, their inspiring feedback and formative criticisms made most of my later group discussions and interviews cakewalks, and even those harder, unnerving ones somewhat candy-showers. However, after some 4-5 years, thanking them would not be a gesture of worth to encapsulate their contribution in shaping my future career, my approach towards holistic learning and finally, moulding the core of my attitude, and my being in the long run.
